Terrance turned 7 months old on Wednesday. This last month was the biggest learning month for her so far. She learned to crawl, she can put her binkie in her mouth and she learned how to pull herself up using anything she can get her grubby little ba
by hands on. And she gets very excited when she stands and is very vocal about it. Lately she's learned the "da" and "ga" sounds and is even saying "dada" every now and then. She babbles for hours on end and spends her days chasing terrorizing the cats. And (because we have yet to invest in baby gates) she makes a mad dash for the cat food and water whenever she gets a chance. So for now I have various pieces of furniture acting as barricades. She is also getting her first baby teeth in and has come to like cool wet washcloths to help soothe her pain.
In my scrappy world with CHA right around the corner there has been a request for Rusty Pickle booth samples so I'm working on a mini album and a layout. I'll have them done by next week and will post pictures. The album I'm working with is one of their new acrylic ones and it is awesome! I'm also using the Pirate Princess line (love the colors) and have decided that this is my favorite project that I've done to date! I can't wait to share.
Also, if you're attending CKC Portland next month you'll see me there! I'll be in the booth, but there's also a chance that I might be teaching as well. I'm waiting on the official word from the boss so when I find out I'll let you all know! Be sure to check out the Rusty Pickle Blog to see pictures from CKC Houston!
And don't forget that next month a new challenge will be posted and if you play along you could win a great prize directly from the Rusty Pickle warehouse!
Have a great weekend!
She's just adorable. Enjoy! Wish I was going to Portland. Maybe I'll see you in Seattle!
