These last couple of weeks have had me slaving away at my trigonometry homework as well as a research paper for my writing class. I took my midterms last weekend and am looking forward to this term ending in about 4 weeks...and then it's on to summer school. Anywho, with homework always being at the top of my todo list I rarely get a chance to go in my scraproom and actually scrap. Well, Mother's Day was a different story. =)
I have the BEST husband! He got up with Terrance at 6 a.m. and let me sleep in until 9. It was amazing! The day before he gave me my present which was a the Kodak photo printer that I've been wanting for awhile! And then I didn't have to do a single thing, all day. He had Terrance and just let me scrap. I got started on my Pickle projects and finished one which I'll photograph and post later. It's a cute photo box that will hold a lot of the pictures that I don't scrap. I also started a layout that's just for me and was finally able to use some of the stuff that's just been sitting in bags. Cuz that's what I do. I shop, and then I'm not able to play with any of it for about a month so it just sits in the bag. It's always fun going through them though and seeing all the new things that I got. =)
And with all the nice weather we've been having we've been BBQing a lot! And this seems to be our go to meal when we do: Kabobs, yum! My husband devours these and it has quickly become his new favorite thing to grill, even surpassing steak which surprised me!
Alright, lots to do today! Have a good one.
