But, on the contrary, I feel revitalized and so motivated now that there's nothing that I HAVE to do. I spent my day doing all of the deep cleaning around the house that I haven't had time to do these last 2 months. It felt so good to have a spotless house (even if it was just until T woke up).
Yes, that means that I finished my last two calculus exams last night and I'm officially done with school for the Summer!
I have quite a "to do" list for myself, but they're all things that I've been dying to do and just haven't had ample time to do them.
1. Clean my scrapbooking room. I should post before and after pictures because it's messy!
2. Scrapbook.
3. Teach some classes. =) I spoke with the owner of my lss last week and I'm scheduled to teach two classes next month. I'm super excited to do this as I haven't been in front of a classroom since February. I'm itching to teach and see some people that I haven't seen in a long, long time.
4. Visit my family and friends. We're orginally from Vale (which is a teeny, tiny town on the Idaho/Oregon border) and all our really close friends and family live in that area. We're planning a trip next month and I'm really excited.
5. Get family portraits done. We originally had these taken several months ago when T was about 8 months old, she's almost 14 months now so it's been awhile. Anywho, I wasn't happy with the results of the portraits and have been needing to get back in for a reshoot. We're doing it next month!
6. Go fishing. Last Summer we weren't able to go once and it about killed Joe. He's been dying to go and now that I won't be spending my weekends studying calculus, we'll be able to find the time.
7. Shampoo my carpets. This is a must and will get done soon, I can hardly stand to look at them.
8. Try lots of new recipes. I love to cook and love to try new things, but with not having any extra time what-so-ever, I've been sticking to what I know. If you got a great recipe and it's not a secret one, please share it.
9. Excercise. I actually cancelled my Curves membership last month because my shedule didn't mesh well with their's and I've been dying to get on my mat and do yoga. My body needs to stretch! And I always feel so much better once I've done it. With no homework to monopolize my time, I'll be doing it.
hmmm...that seems to be it.
